Receiving & Initial Grading
Farmer stock is received, weighed and thoroughly tested, with particular focus on moisture content and overall quality. Once approved, each load is transferred to bulk storage before processing begins. Our facility has the capacity to process, pack and ship up to six containers per day, ensuring efficient product flow while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Bulk Storage & Process Readiness
Approved pecans are stored under controlled conditions before quickly moving into final processing, ensuring efficient product flow while preserving nut quality and maintaining peak condition throughout the process.

Advanced Cleaning & Size Sorting
Advanced cleaning and size sorting is an optional service offered to growers whose pecans have not been cleaned on the farm before delivery. Most farmers deliver clean bulk product ready for processing, with each grower's load processed individually through our facility to ensure full traceability, quality and consistency.

Advanced Optical Sorting & Quality Assurance
Following pre-cleaning and cracking, pecans pass through two stages of advanced quality inspection using Meyer processing equipment, AI systems, colour sorting and X-ray technology. Defective kernels are removed before the product is accurately graded by size, with continuous sampling and quality checks throughout the process to ensure every shipment meets the highest international export standards.

Packaging & Export Preparation
Quality-assured pecans are bagged and tagged to each client’s specifications, prepared to meet international export standards. Our product leaves the facility export-ready, representing South Africa with pride on the global stage.
